Kitesurf Program

Daily classes

To ensure TKS! Campers have a great time and the best possible start to kitesurfing, we offer 3 levels of classes, depending on age, weight, and experience.

Pre-Kite Level

We teach you how to kitesurf through play, ensuring younger TKS! Campers learn the sport in the safest and most fun way possible.

Our objectives are: understanding the basics, developing a feel for the wind, getting used to the equipment, improving abilities, and putting in place the foundations for the future.

If you already have kitesurfing experience or learn quickly, you can move up to the next level. In Pre-Kite.

Pro-Kite Levels

At these levels, we teach you how to kitesurf safely and quickly, ensuring TKS! Campers make progress in the sport and have access to the latest equipment.

Our objectives are: reading the wind, setting up a kite, practising safety procedures, understanding the power window, flying a kite on land and in the water, body-dragging, balance on the board, and water-starting.

If you already have kitesurfing experience or learn quickly, you can move on to open-water sailing, turns, jumps, and tricks.

How does it work?

You will have 4 days of kite classes a week, under the constant supervision of expert instructors from Gisela Pulido Pro Center, who work exclusively with TKS! Campers.

On the first day of class, we organise groups based on TKS! Campers skills and experience. All classes are taught in English, and TKS! team members are on hand to ensure all instructions are clearly understood.

TKS! kitesurfing lessons are held in the morning and afternoon, depending of the wind conditions to learn and enjoy the sport.

Alternative activities: What happens if there is no wind?

TKS! is held at the time of the year that has the best conditions for kitesurfing in Tarifa. But, on days when conditions make kitesurfing impossible, there are loads of other cool things to do: padel tennis, surfing, kayaking, mountain biking, etc.

In this level, we use specially designed kites and equipment.
